The founding of David Kelley Interiors (DKI) in 1998 was a natural progression of David’s 20-year career in the interior design and custom art framing fields, in which he has utilized his creative talents and artistic flair to transform the ordinary into the extraordinary.
David first established his reputation and a diverse clientele with Creative Framing Services, Inc., his full-service custom art framing business specializing in unique custom framing. He applied his talents to create custom framed pieces that are truly works of art, showcased in a wide array of settings ranging from exquisite homes to the private museums of international royalty.
After 12 years of working with his clients to achieve their interior design objectives ranging from art to all other facets of stunning interior environments, he expanded his services and opened David Kelley Interiors. Reflecting his passion and enthusiasm for design, DKI is known for creating one-of-a-kind interiors for a broad spectrum of discriminating clients.
An active and highly respected member of the Orange County chapter of the American Society of Interior Designers, he has been a featured designer in the Orange County Philharmonic Society’s annual “Entertaining By Design” showcase since 2003, and was chairman of the 2005 ASID Design Awards gala sponsored by Orange County Home magazine. His growing clientele is located throughout Southern California including Newport Beach, Corona Del Mar, Newport Coast, Coto De Caza, Laguna Niguel, Beverly Hills, Palm Springs and other luxury communities.
